Welcome to Holisoul
My name is Inesa Woods, and I am the founder of HoliSoul.
For many years, I struggled with health challenges, chronic conditions, and unhealthy eating habits. I grew up not fully understanding the true impact of food on my body, emotions, and overall wellbeing. My own journey of illness and healing showed me something life-changing: food is not only nourishment – it can be medicine, a path to detox, balance, and deep transformation.
This realization inspired me to dedicate myself to studying and completing the Healing Diets Coach Diploma, an accredited program that explores food as medicine, detox and fasting methods, herbs, conscious eating, and holistic approaches to healing. Through this training and my personal experience, I gained the tools to help others restore their health naturally and sustainably.
At HoliSoul, I guide people to:
